Dear Colleagues,

The network connection problem at Richardsbay, South Africa (RBAY) has been 
repaired.  Unfortunately there was a data gap from 2008-10-03 9:59:30 UTC to 
2008-10-16 13:57:00 UTC due to a hung receiver.  We apologize for the 
inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the RBAY station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and HartRAO, with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
