Disseminating GNSS satellite attitude for improved clock correction consistency

Workshop 2017 - Sylvain Loyer - We present here the interest of disseminating GNSS attitude information together with classical products (sp3/clk) for improving clock correction consistency. We observed differences for all GNSS in the clock estimates provided by the ACs during eclipses linked to differences in attitude modelling that affect clock correction consistency. To make progress in this area we propose to exchange the attitude quaternions and propose a format. This would allow comparison and future improvement of GNSS attitude modeling for all ACs and IGS users.
