Both the Westin and Langham offer shuttle service to and from Caltech on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests should contact the front desk/concierge of their respective hotel to arrange rides to/from the workshop. Alternatively, it is short cab ride (less than 2 miles) from either hotel. Those wishing to rent a bicycle during their time in Pasadena may contact Incycle Bicycle Shop, 175 South Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena, CA 626.577.0440. See Campus Parking Map, which highlights parking areas, and indicates exactly where you can find the parking ticket machines. We recommend parking in the California parking garage (structure 3) which is located south of California Boulevard, behind the Cahill Building.

Visitors are required to display a permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visitor permits are available at automated pay stations.
